The Girls Being Cute!!!

Grandma Young gave the girls matching tutu's and church clothes so of course many pictures were taken!

Back to Thanksgiving...

My mom loved having her grand babies over for a visit. They may have made her house into a wreck but she said it was worth it!

A little Christmas Preparation

Angela's Trim

Adam trimmed Angela's hair while she went through our medicine cabinet. I am amazed that he actually did a pretty good job considering how much she kept moving around. I offered to do it but Adam said he didn't trust me. And to tell you the truth I trust him more than myself too. I'm sorry I never took a picture when he was done. She is just about ready for another trim at this point.

What I have to say today...

I know I have been a slacker about updating my blog. I just haven't taken any new pictures and when I don't have pictures I usually try to pass on the posting. I know that not too many want to sit and read about my random thoughts, but I guess once and a while I should say something no matter how trivial or silly it may be.
I was actually thinking to myself a few minutes ago, while I was trying to download pictures that my mom gave me from thanksgiving, that...I like meat! haha... I just ate one of those sausage, egg, and cheese muffin deals. I bought a box at Winco today just to try them out. That HY TOP brand it a lot cheaper than Mc D's any day. Heck, a box of four was probably less than one from that fast food place. Anyways...it really hit the spot because that sausage was GOOOOD!! That's why I thought meat.
Man, I love all kinds of meat but the best are probably sausage, salami, and steak. Now we are talkin'! We went out for a delicious steak dinner with my parents during our thanksgiving vacation and it was Fab-u-lous! I guess all I have to say really is that for those of you who didn't know I'm a meat maniac! Ha, there I said it! Don't worry I eat plenty of other food and I don't really eat like I use to so I'm staying with the word of wisdom, but I do like that meat. Wow, I think I have said the word meat about 50 times in this ramble of a post. Meat, meat, meat! There we go, a few more to grow on! Ha....Oh and by the way PS: I'm fully aware of just how dorky I am. :)

Happy Halloween!

So... We were both fairy princesses.

Laura was the black widow and Takoda was a vampire bat

Admiring Angela's loot! Okay so I have this habit (I prefer the word tradition) of having to divide it up and separate it into the piles off good candy and not so good candy and then I usually trade, but I didn't quite go that far. But really...lets be honest....Angela won't be eating very much of the candy this year, so I had a little fun with it. :)
The goods!

Presenting....My Fairy Princess!!!

The Pumpkin Patch

Last week Angela and I went to the pumpkin patch and she had a blast! She got to go on a ride, jump in the jump house, go down the slide, see and feed the animals, and at the end they gave all the kids a little pumpkin, a prize bag, and a bottle of water. It was well worth the five bucks!

Visit Home

I had the chance to go visit my parents a couple of weeks ago, while Adam went on a week long hunting trip. It was really nice to be home and good to see my parents, grandparents and other family. I think more than anything they all had fun with Angela. My mom must have taken a million pictures of her while we were there. Here are a few of her pictures since I didn't bring my camera.

VISIT TO UTAH

Last week Angela and I went to Utah to visit Uncle Paul, Aunt Michelle, and cousin Aubree. Angela and Aubree had a great time playing together. They were like best buds!

Happy Little Aubree

I always have to come by campus when I'm near Provo because it just bring back good memories. I love that place!

Michelle let me give her a make-over. It is so much fun for me! Thanks for humoring me, Michelle. By the way when I was done with you, you can't lie, you looked hot! (I'm just patting myself on the back a little. :))

THANK YOU VERY MUCH! MY WORK IS DONE HERE!

Michelle and I took the girls to Thanksgiving point to feed the Animals and go on pony rides. It was a neat experience for Angela even though she was a little scared of getting too close to them.

As you can see, Angela cringing to keep her distance. I won't lie I'm a bit of a "city slicker." (Those were Michelle's words.) I cringed with I fed the horses. It felt like he was going to eat my hand.

Angela is patiently waiting her turn to go for a ride.

She as excited at first and then started to pull away a little when she realized she was on a moving animal, but she managed to stay on the whole time.

Thanks Paul and Michelle for letting us crash at your place. We had a lot of fun! We love your new house! And we love you guys! :)

Chuck E Cheese IS....

WHERE A KID CAN BE A KID!
Or should I say WHERE AN ADULT CAN BE A KID!

Adam took us out on a date to Chuck E Cheese a couple Friday's ago. It was actually a lot of fun. I had a good time playing the games and winning tickets as did Adam. Angela mostly enjoyed climbing on everything, watching people and throwing the balls at the bowling game. All in all, it was a good night.

home

Before we left for our camping trip last month we ordered a baby carrier back pack for hiking and it didn't come on time. But when it finally did come it was not only better than we expected but Angela loved it! She always tries to climb in it because she wants to be carried around. She loves the ride! We actually used it at the fair a few weeks ago instead of a stroller and it worked out really well. I highly recommend this purchase. So here she is smiling happily by what she considers her new present.

Angela loves to put on my sun glasses, carry my purse around, and put on my flip flops and say "GO" because she wants to go out like mom. It's so funny! When we were at the 99 cent store a few weeks ago she found the sunglasses wrack and kept wanting to try on all the pairs so I couldn't resist. They were only a buck and I think she is so cute! The 99 cent store is your friend.

TYPICAL! For those who know Angela they know how much she loves to eat. She doesn't' eat one dinner a night but two. Every time she is finished with her own meal she has to sit an Daddy's lap and eat some of his. He complains about her eating all of his food but you know he loves it!
